Additionally, seven entities from Finland, Germany, India, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom were also added to the export control list. The Commerce Department stated that these circuits, including microelectronics, are used by Russia for precision guidance systems in missiles and drones deployed against civilian targets in Ukraine.
